Kathleen O'Donnell, principal

Kathleen O'Donnell has focused much of her personal academic pursuits and professional career on promoting the re-use and re-purposing of existing structures and materials. These pursuits have included historic preservation, design and construction of the dismantling of buildings for the re-use of materials, renovation and additions to existing infrastructure of institutional, commercial and residential buildings for use in a changing environment.

Ms. O'Donnell has over twenty six years of experience in the design and construction industry. Early educational foundations and work experience in civil engineering has helped to shape Kathleen's adroit technical skills towards a facility with both the science and economics of construction. The unique marriage of these technical skills with a refined design sensibility and a passion for cultural preservation and sustainability enlighten a holistic approach to solving today's challenges of the built environment.

Kathleen O'Donnell is a skilled project manager for $1-3 million dollar projects with strong and effective management skills to compile and direct the design team toward an efficient and quality response to the required need.
